Frequently asked questions

OEM-branded or qualified memory?

OEM-branded (SmartMemory etc.) keeps single-vendor support conversations simple; qualified modules from the same fabs save 30–50%. We quote both — your support policy decides.

Will mixing new DIMMs with existing ones slow my server?

It can — mismatched ranks or speeds drop the whole channel to the slowest profile. Send your current population; we spec kits that preserve rated speed.

Do you have DDR4 for older servers?

Yes — DDR4 3200 RDIMM/LRDIMM for the Gen10/14G/15G installed base is stocked continuously; older speeds sourced on request.

What's the lead time for a fleet upgrade?

Stocked capacities ship same/next day; a 50-server upgrade wave typically delivers within a week to most of Asia, GCC in under two.
