What it will cover

Independent review of a GPU or cluster proposal — is it sized to your real workloads, or over-specified?
Build-vs-rent and the three-year total cost of ownership, with the cost of exit made explicit.
Vendor lock-in, warranty and supply risk across the proposed configuration.
A written recommendation your board and CFO can act on — proceed, renegotiate, or rescope.
